The outer casing is made from polyester and it has several holes which allow the air to pass freely and seals completely the nose & the mouth. The filter assembly is made of a filtering element (Aero particle filter) which can filter all sorts of allergens up to the size of 1/3 micron. With 2 valves on both side of the mask, this facilitates even more the inhalation & exhalation process (with silicone rubber diaphragms). In line with the European Standard EN149FFP1S, this mask is a must to have for asthma & hay fever sufferers. This highly effective mask can be worn by anybody (age 12+) and its sporty look, makes it to be the ideal accessory when doing various activities such jogging, walking, gardening and cleaning the house. For hygienic purposes, it is strongly advisable to clean the mask filter & valves with warm water and its cover with warm soap water (carefully remove the filter assembly first).
